Keeneland January Sale Book 1 Results

Denali Stud (Craig and Holly Bandoroff, Agent) is proud to have sold four yearlings and thirteen mares out of 22 sent through the ring during book 1, session 1 of the Keeneland January Horses of All Ages Sale. Denali ranked 4th out of 36 total consigners with a total of $1,074,000 in earnings and an average of $63,176.

The highest price sold for Denali was hip 104 Responsibleforlove (IRE), a Duke of Marmalade (IRE) mare out of Vee Gita (IRE). This black-type winning mare was sold as a broodmare prospect and purchased for $300K by buyer Thomas Clark Bloodstock.

Hip 276, Cholena, an Indian Charlie mare out of Mini Chat was sold for $115K to buyer Robert S. West Jr. She was sold in foal to Maclean’s Music.
